The Arizona Sports Complex offers youth sports programs in Sun City, covering four seasons for both boys and girls. The Future Stars Youth Basketball program at ASC caters to school-aged children with all different skill sets. The mission of Arizona Sports Complex is to nurture and train young basketball players through practice, conditioning, and skill development. We believe in Instilling the importance of setting goals, working hard, and showing good sportsmanship in all of our young team members.
Our youth basketball Sun City coaches work on fundamental ball-handling, shooting, passing, the rules of the game, and so much more. Kids enjoy learning about the great game and use critical thinking to develop offensive and defensive schemes to beat the opposing team. All of the youth coaches at the ASC are ready to set an example and teach kids positive habits that will stick with them for the rest of their lives.
For all of the future Michael Jordans’ of Sun City, the ASC offers an advanced training program. Accelerated training gives kids the chance to push themselves more than they ever have before. They will learn all the ins and outs of the sport while improving their skills, basketball IQ, and conditioning.

“The Original Fun City,” Sun City, Arizona, was developed for people looking for a more leisurely lifestyle. There are infinite choices of fun activities for children, adults, and retirees. While many of the perks of living in Sun City are geared toward snowbirds looking to bask in the warm weather, there is plenty of fun to be had for everyone in the family.

- Catch a concert or performance at the Sun Bowl Amphitheatre. The open-air venue is a favorite among the community members here! New events happen all the time at the Sun Bowl, so be sure to check the schedule frequently.
- The Union Hills Golf and Country Club is the perfect place to practice your golf skills. It’s great for locals and out of town guests and can challenge all levels of players. Plus, this is one of the more affordable courses Sun City offers. There are eight in total.
- If you’re looking for something fun to do on a Wednesday, the Sundial Auditorium regularly features a wide variety of tribute bands, comedians, and the occasional magician or hypnotist.
